A USB drive goes in, and files come out
WorkGuard records when a device is connected and removed, then pins it onto that day’s timeline, so you can look at what the computer was doing around that moment.
COMPUTER MONITORING SOFTWARE · BY LESS BAD
WorkGuard records how every computer in the office is used, then lays each day out so you can read it, replay it, and actually check it on the day you need to.

BEFORE ANYONE NOTICES
Most of what an office loses does not come from one big incident. It comes from small things nobody saw happen, with nothing left to go back to.
WorkGuard records when a device is connected and removed, then pins it onto that day’s timeline, so you can look at what the computer was doing around that moment.
The computer list shows how many files were deleted that day before you open anything. From there you can see when they went, and where in the day it happened.
The timeline is coloured by the kind of activity, so the shape of a whole day is readable in one band — without watching a recording from beginning to end.
INSIDE THE CONSOLE
It is one console, opened in a browser. Nothing to install on the administrator’s side.
Open the console and see the whole office at once: which computers are online, when each was last used, and how much of today each one has been in use. Online computers can be viewed live from here.
A computer with files deleted that day shows the count in the list itself, before you open anything.

Installed on the computers you look after. It runs in the background from start-up, updates itself, and new versions can be rolled out to a few computers at a time from the console.
Nothing to install for administrators. Open it from any computer with access. Multiple users are supported with separate permissions, and two-factor authentication can be required across the organisation.
PRICING
You pay for the computers you install on, not for headcount. It starts at five, and you can change tier later.
Installed in your own office on your own computers, not a demo account. Decide at the end of the 60 days.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
What it records, what you can change, and how it should sit in an office.
The WorkGuard program is installed on the Windows computers you look after. The console opens in a browser, with nothing more to install. Installers and the work of connecting computers to the system are handled when you start. This page does not provide an installer.
Time spent in each application, sites visited, screen recordings over time, and file events such as a USB device being connected or removed and files being deleted. All of it is tied to a computer and a date, so a day can be read back as a day.
Yes. Monitoring at work should be disclosed, with its limits set out clearly from the start. WorkGuard is built so the record runs both ways: it also keeps a log of which administrator viewed what, and when. Telling your staff, and writing the policy around it, remains the company’s own responsibility.
Yes, from the console: the quality of the screen recording, and whether file events are reported as they happen or collected into one summary a day. Settings reach the computers themselves; you do not visit each one.
Yes. The interface on this page is a simulation used to explain how it works. The real thing is free for 60 days, installed on your own computers rather than a demo account. Get in touch with LESS BAD CO., LTD.
